Ingredients for 1 serving


- Smoothie bowl drops

120 g or 20 drops

- Oats

30 g

- Water

70 ml

Preparation

  1. Put 30g oats in bowl/glass, add 70g water (or add bit of water to cover them up)
  2. Top it with 120g or 20 drops of frozen smoothie bowl drops (Acai, tropical or Blue spirulina)
  3. Leave overnight or for 4-6h in the fridge.
  4. Stir it well and add your toppings
