Ingredients for 1 serving
Preparation
- Put 15g chia in a bowl/glass
- Optional: add bit of water to cover them up (10-15ml)
- Add the frozen drops on top
- Leave overnight
- Stir well and add your toppings in the morning

- Add 25g greek yoghurt on top
- Leave overnight or for 4-6h in the fridge

Ingredients for 1 serving
Preparation
- Put 30g oats in bowl/glass, add 70g water (or add bit of water to cover them up)
- Top it with 120g or 20 drops of frozen smoothie bowl drops (Acai, tropical or Blue spirulina)
- Leave overnight or for 4-6h in the fridge.
- Stir it well and add your toppings

– 200-250G Blue spirulina bowl drops
– 3 Blackberries
– 3 Fresh blueberries
– 20G Coconut flakes
– 5G Chia seeds
– Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
– Take out the required drops out the freezer
– Let it defrost in the fridge for 4-6 hours (or overnight)
– Stir until a smooth texture is reached
– Add the toppings
