Blue spirulina bowl
Ingredients for 1 serving
– 200-250G Blue spirulina bowl drops
– 3 Blackberries
– 3 Fresh blueberries
– 20G Coconut flakes
– 5G Chia seeds
– Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
– Take out the required drops out the freezer
– Let it defrost in the fridge for 4-6 hours (or overnight)
– Stir until a smooth texture is reached
– Add the toppings
Because of the smooth texture of the drops, the toppings will stay on top for a long time
No blender needed
