Chia pudding

Ingredients for 1 serving


- Smoothie bowl drops

120g or 20 drops

- Chia seeds

30 g

Preparation

  1. Put 15g chia in a bowl/glass
  2. Optional: add bit of water to cover them up (10-15ml)
  3. Add the frozen drops on top
  4. Leave overnight
  5. Stir well and add your toppings in the morning
