Ingredients:
- 15g (2 tablespoons) of chia seeds
- 135g (7 tablespoons) of our smoothie bowl drops
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix the Chia and Frozen Drops
- For single servings, combine 15g of chia seeds with 135g of Frozen drops
- For larger batches, combine 1kg of Cubenv’s frozen drops with 110g of chia seeds in a large container.
Step 2: Leave Overnight
- Let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell, creating a thick, creamy pudding texture.
Step 3: Stir in the Morning
- In the morning, give the chia pudding a good stir to break up any clumps and ensure even consistency.

Ingredients:
- 30g of Greek yogurt
- 100g (17 drops) of our smoothie bowl drops
- Optional: Fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, or honey for toppings
Instructions:
With frozen drops:
- Place 100g pellets (17 drops) in glass/on-the go cup
- Add 25g greek yoghurt on top
- Leave overnight or for 4-6h in the fridge
- Add your favourite toppings
With defrosted drops:
- Let the drops defrost in a bag or box:
- Make layers with the drops and yoghurt
- Add some toppings
