The right balance in frozen fruit and liquid, the blending, getting the consistency right so the toppings don’t sink right down, the time that all takes while people stand in line looking at your staff fighting with the blender. Let’s put a stop to that.

So how does it work?

Step 1

Put the frozen drops in a bowl 4 to 6 hours before serving

Step 2

Just let the drops melt, and gently stir the bowl into shape.

Step 3

Add the toppings and serve
